Politique de remboursement

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement, subject to company’s discretion. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot offer exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or slightly used, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help.aleva@alevanaturals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Accordingly, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement based on our evaluation.

Refunds 
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued – full product price less the non-refundable shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes paid on the shipping and handling fees – through the original payment method used to make your purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us and recommend using a traceable method to be able to track your package.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacements
We will issue a product replacement based on company’s discretion.
 
Changes or Cancellations
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please notify us immediately at help.aleva@alevanaturals.com within 2 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to try and accommodate your request however, please note that we process orders quickly and will not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped.
